to provide product, service and sales support to customers.

Our Customer Service Delivery Advisor opportunity (internally known as Delivery Experience Advisor) is offered on a on a full time, permanent basis working 35 hours per week; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You will receive a competitive salary of 24,740 per annum plus excellent company benefits including;

As our Customer Service Delivery Advisor you will be required to;
Manage Delivery Booking System to locate new orders and begin to contact customers to book the delivery date.
Be the first point of contact for customers wishing to book or reschedule a delivery and ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Be able to recognise situations of conflict during customer contacts and resolve conflicts through conflict resolution techniques
Carry out follow-up calls as requested, checking engineering jobs have been completed to the customers satisfaction
Support Route Planning Team on various projects/tasks as directed
Our ideal Customer Service Delivery Advisor will have the following skills and experience;
Experience in a similar role is essential
5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent (including English and Maths)
Computer literate able to use all MS packages
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills
Good administration and organisation skills
For Hybrid working, equipment will be provided however you must have your own internet connection.
