Were looking for a confident and organised Customer Service Desk Coordinator to join our friendly customer services team at our Alarm Receiving Centre in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin and customer service experience who enjoys helping people, working with systems, and keeping things running smoothly.
You'll be part of a supportive team of five, led by our Customer Experience Manager, providing day today support to security system installers and direct users across the UK. If you enjoy variety, problem solving and working in a fast paced environment, this role could be a great fit.
What you will be doing
You'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, updating records, and supporting the wider business with essential administrative tasks. Your daily duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and providing clear, accurate updates
Supporting customers across phone, email and other communication channels
Logging and updating customer records using internal and external systems
Producing reports and completing high volume data entry tasks
Commissioning new CCTV and alarm systems using dedicated software
Investigating customer complaints and providing resolutions
Providing admin support to our Accounts and Sales teams
Offering first line technical assistance to customers
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Following external regulations and internal policies
Who we are looking for
Were looking for someone who is:
Organised, efficient and detail focused, with strong admin skills
Confident on the phone, with clear written communication
Able to empathise with customers and remain calm under pressure
A self starter who enjoys problem solving
Keen to learn, especially when it comes to technical information
Experienced - at least 2 years in an admin or customer service role
Comfortable working with SLAs and prioritising tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
