What will you be doing?

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - making every interaction count. You'll:


Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and care Process orders accurately using Microsoft Dynamics (DAX) Work closely with Planning, Production, Procurement, and Distribution teams to ensure deliveries are on time and in full Resolve queries and complaints quickly and effectively, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do Support sales teams with quotations and service delivery Contribute to our Health, Safety and Environmental goals Be proactive in achieving personal and team KPIs

Who will you be working with?

You'll collaborate across our business, building strong relationships with:


Internal teams (Customer Service, Planning, Production, Procurement, Technical, Finance, Sales & Marketing) External partners (customers and transport providers)

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is


A dedicated team player with a strong work ethic Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional and positive telephone manner Is Calm, flexible and able to work under pressure IT literate with strong multitasking ability

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or construction industries
