VerveSport is a dynamic and growing sportswear brand supplying Teamwear (Football) & Activewear (Boxing) to Elite athletes, grassroots/amateur clubs, academies & schools across the UK.
Backed by a strategic growth plan and strong leadership, VerveSport is expanding its footprint and elevating customer service experience.
We are seeking a driven and personable Customer Service & Sales Executive to become a key part of our ambitious team.
This role is perfect for someone who is a huge sport enthusiast, confident with people & driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service



Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries (Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media). Provide expert advice on information, products, sizing, customisation & more. Manage order updates, logistics tracking, returns, and complaint resolution professionally. Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and valued. Conduct follow up calls and satisfaction reviews.

Sales & Account Growth



Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage potential new customers (athletes, clubs, academies & schools. Liaise with the marketing team to send new offers). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell new products, offers or repeat orders. Prepare & send quotations, assist in closing sales. Work with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

CRM & Reporting



Maintain accurate customer data and sales progress in CRM systems. Provide weekly reports on order pipeline, customer interactions & opportunities. Monitor feedback and contribute ideas to improve product/bundle offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements



2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Energetic, self-motivated & organised with a solution-focused mindset. Passion for sport (Football & Boxing knowledge a bonus). Experience using CRM systems and managing workflows. Confident with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and digital communications Ability to work independently & as part of a close-knit team.
We offer flexible working hours - Monday through to Friday.
Starting on 21hrs (3 days per week) with progression to 4/5 days.
