Part-time | Permanent | 20,302 Per Annum (Pro Rata of 26,828 Per Annum)

33 hours per week during term time, reducing to 12 hours per week during College holidays

The Role



We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service & Digital Learning Assistant to join our Digital Learning Quarter Team. This role is to provide frontline support for staff and students with general queries, resource access and acquisition, study skills support, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

You&ll be working collaboratively across the DLQ team to maintain an effective and efficient service that ensures all students are supported and have opportunities to succeed. Prioritising tasks, as well as organising multiple duties throughout the day, is essential to minimise any disruption to the DLQ&s provisions and services. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
