Reception & Dispatch
We are looking for an enthusiastic hardworking person to join our small team to coordinate all aspects of reception and dispatch. You would be working closely with the customer service and production teams to help ensure on-time and accurate delivery of printed materials and more importantly provide great customer service. As you will often be the first and last member of the team that our customers liaise with, a commitment to professionalism and great service is essential. Previous experience in print services is not essential; all necessary training will be provided. We envisage this role to require a fixed schedule of between 6 to 8 hours a day (Mon-Fri).
Key Responsibilities
Serving customers on-site. This could be to deal with general enquiries, customer collections, taking payments, simple print / copy jobs etc
Managing the general phone number to deal with queries, taking information to pass on to the team, or simply passing the call onto the relevant team member
Manage dispatch of finished goods. This would involve preparing finished goods for dispatch, including tasks such as collating finished goods, boxing and packaging, labelling, preparing delivery notes etc. A large and critical element is the management of deliveries (whether by local courier, company van, hand delivery, postal services etc) so they are executed in the most accurate, timely and efficient way possible

Requirements
To efficiently run the reception and dispatch function
To play your part in ensuring that all work is delivered to the highest standard, most efficiently, on time, to expected quality, and to job specifications
Detail oriented, organised, and a self-starter
Attention to detail
To work closely with and communicate effectively with the customer service and production teams
Ability to think creatively and independently, reacting quickly and confidently to unexpected situations
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work space and comply with all Health and Safety risk assessments and requirements
A driving license is preferred but not essential
