This role will be based within

Bfresh

, located on our Staffordshire farm at PDM. Bfresh is a cold-pressed juice operation, producing fresh, all-natural juices, smoothies, and shots from our on-farm juicery. Using the very best leafy greens and ingredients, we are proud to create products that are as natural as they are nutritious. Bfresh is a family business and people are at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:



As a key member of the B. Fresh team, the Customer Service & E-Commerce Admin will report to the E-commerce & Trade Account Manager. This role combines customer excellence with creative marketing execution, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service whilst helping to build and amplify our brand presence.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience

Maintain the highest standards of customer service across all channels, with particular focus on online queries and issue resolution

Manage daily e-commerce order exports and administration with accuracy and efficiency

Support order fulfilment processes, including processing and dispatch coordination as required

Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for service improvement

Maintain excellent internal communication, proactively highlighting issues, sharing customer feedback, and ensuring seamless operations across teams

Ensure brand ethos and messaging are communicated consistently and authentically across all customer touchpoints

Support social media content creation, including on-camera presence to build genuine audience connection and engagement

Contribute to the development and delivery of influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, competitions, and ambassador relationships

Support new product development (NPD) launches through product sampling, street marketing, events, and creative content ideas

Track and report on competitor activity, including NPD and market offerings, to inform strategic decision-making

Assist in developing and evaluating partnership deals with sports clubs and other organisations, providing insights to optimise impact

Represent the brand at events and charity initiatives to enhance awareness and reinforce key messaging

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
