to join our established office-based ecommerce team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service or ecommerce who enjoys working across multiple online platforms and delivering excellent customer support.
You will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer queries, supporting key retail accounts, and maintaining accurate online product listings.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders across multiple sales channels
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
Liaise with the Sales Team and Key Retail accounts.
List new products across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
Improve and maintain the quality of online product listings
Monitor and update stock levels across all platforms
Dispatch online orders and raise invoices when required
Collate online sales data and assist with reporting
Support online advertising and promotional activity
Identify and report unauthorised or rogue traders
Manage customer cases, returns, and disputes
Complete KPI tracking and reporting
Requirements
Minimum 6 months' experience in ecommerce or customer service (office-based preferred)
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Confident using computers and online systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks
Good understanding of online sales and ecommerce platforms
