THUNDERBIRD SKIN is adding to our team to help facilitate our rapid growth.

We design and handcraft natural skincare from our rural studio outside Tetbury. Our products are made weekly in small batches and shipped globally Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will be obsessed with skincare and already have a basic understanding of the industry. If you love Skintok, we want to talk to you!

This role will be primarily focused on customer support via email, social media and telephone:-

? answering questions and recommending products

? help with tracking orders

? answering emails and liasing with suppliers on directors' behalf

? running errands (full clean license is required)

? assisting with shipping as needed

Requirements:-

? excellent communication skills and a sense of humour

? knowledge of social media platforms and how they work

? ability to follow instructions to the letter

? ability to work unsupervised and manage your time. We don't like to micromanage.

? effective problem solver

? reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.95 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
