We're offering a competitive salary package of 25,207.65 (pro-rata) along with a range of fantastic perks.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide support to drivers via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service within agreed SLAs Keep drivers updated on the status of their queries and bookings, taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution Process service, MOT, repair, and other fleet-related bookings Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases Collaborate with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements
