Customer Service Executive

to join our office team and ensure smooth, professional support for our clients.

The Role



As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be based full-time in our office/showroom, handling incoming calls and emails from customers. You'll resolve order and delivery queries, provide product information, and occasionally assist walk-in showroom customers when needed. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple enquiries at once.

Key Responsibilities



Answer inbound phone calls and customer emails promptly and professionally. Support B2B customers with order enquiries, delivery updates, and product information. Escalate complex issues to the operations or management team where necessary. Maintain accurate records of interactions within Shopify/CRM. Liaise with the listings and warehouse team to resolve order or stock queries. Occasionally assist walk-in showroom customers (light support only).

Requirements



Previous experience in customer service (office, retail, or call handling). Excellent phone manner and clear written communication. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email; Shopify experience is a bonus but not essential). Organised, detail-focused, able to handle multiple queries simultaneously. Positive, proactive problem-solving attitude. Comfortable working full-time in office environment.
