The role



We are seeking a Customer Service Executive, working as part of the Customer Service team to deliver customer service operations that ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and to support account growth.

Key responsibilities



Customer Service Excellence

Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal stakeholders by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions with business goals. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints in line with SLA requirements, aiming for first-contact resolution and ensuring all interactions are logged in the CRM system. Handle inbound calls for both service and sales lines professionally and efficiently, striving for one-call resolution.
Account Management & Growth

Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to identify and maximise growth opportunities within existing customer accounts. Proactively keep customers informed on the progress of remedial work following approval, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
Administrative Support

Take full ownership of administrative tasks across service and sales departments, including both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Ensure accurate and timely processing of follow-up work, maintaining high standards of efficiency and attention to detail. Set up new customers and contracts within the job management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, operations, and accounts teams to support cross-functional objectives and contribute to overall business success. Act as a point of contact for engineers, providing support and resolving job-related queries or issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
