This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across everything customer service whilst also supporting the rest of the team with key administrative and organisational tasks. You'll be at the heart of a growing business, helping shape our customer experience. Full training provided.

Our office is based on a farm location, KT16 0AD (ideally you do need to be a car driver to get to the office in Lyne, Chertsey) with a brand new gym on site that you will be able to have access to. A very relaxed and fun environment with plenty of social events. You will also have the chance to earn monthly bonuses.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answer calls, emails, and live chats - helping customers with their questions and insurance needs. Provide clear, friendly advice & support on customer policies. Solve problems quickly and efficiently - making every customer feel valued. Work closely with different teams to ensure customers have an amazing experience. Dealing with complex customer enquiries that involves investigation and attention to detail Various admin support keeping customers details up to date on the system

-Previous Motor Insurance Experience - Ideal

-Customer Service Experience - Required
