Main Duties and responsibilities:
To work as part of an existing sales team, assisting the account managers with all aspects of sales, marketing and administration.
Duties include, but not limited to, placing purchase/sales orders, stock control, maintaining customer stock reports, marketing, communicating directly with suppliers and customers.
Assisting Customers with artwork concepts.
Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of systems regarding the BRC Global Standard, ensuring product safety, legality and regulatory compliance.
Applicants must be competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office, Excel and previous use of Sage Accounts would be an advantage but not essential, as training will be given.
The ideal applicant must have excellent customer service and numeracy skills, the ability to solve problems and to be able to work well under pressure.
Assisting with enquiries either by email communication or telephone.
Recording all details accurately on the work database and keeping them up to date.
If suitable you may be asked to carry out some online marketing, essentially maintaining and updating our social media channels to promote T&B Containers services.
Understanding of graphic design would be beneficial but not essential.
The successful candidate must be:
Friendly and professional when dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers
The ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines, whilst remaining calm under pressure
Self motivated, able to work unsupervised and reliable
A willingness to learn is essential
Ideally you would have some office experience, however this is not essential as training will be given but you must be a confident computer user.
You should have a can do attitude, a good telephone manner and be able to work well within a team.

As we are based in the village of Wrangle there is no public transport, a car driver is essential.
