Due to continued growth here at the Farrall's Group, we are delighted to be recruiting for a

Customer Service Executive

to join our sales team. To Process pallet network customer orders, manage queries, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service, also providing administrative and planning support to the Warehouse and the Pallet Network desk.

Key responsibilities include

:

Maintaining good relationships with existing customers Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries. Gathering information and responding to customer needs. Keeping up with our services and information updates. Lead generation ensuring the pipeline has sufficient leads for the sales team. Entering orders into operational systems. Reporting of customer service levels & KPI's Ensuring operational system data has been entered accurately and updating where applicable. Complete all required warehouse administration within the agreed time frames. Planning of all inbound and outbound goods. Timely receipt of goods on to the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Creating and issuing invoices to customers. Production of pick lists for Warehouse Operatives. Liaise with customers in relation to order queries. Production of delivery notes and labels. Filing of paperwork in an organised way. Contacting WMS Help Desk as required to troubleshoot any issues. Management of Warehouse consumables. Allocating work to Operatives on a daily basis. Run daily reports to be issued to Warehouse Operatives and record on completion. Running Regal performance report Booking Regal deliveries Running price reports (zero price, financial revenue, mispriced con, payment on POD) Claim back failed deliveries Running the complaint report Assisting and covering Pallet Network Planners when required To follow all Health and Safety requirements and to adhere to all Company's procedures and policies.
