We're now looking for a
Customer Service Executive
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, close-knit environment where your ideas and effort really make a difference.
The Role
You'll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone, helping our customers with their pallet delivery enquiries and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Working closely with our
Transport Manager
, you'll support with day-to-day operations, handle customer updates, and assist with insurance claims when needed.
Your day-to-day will include:
Speaking with customers by phone and email, answering delivery and collection enquiries
Updating customers on shipment progress and resolving any issues quickly and professionally
Liaising with our drivers, transport team, and the wider pallet network
Helping with insurance claims and incident reports when needed
Supporting the Transport Manager with admin and general office duties
Building great relationships with our customers and keeping service levels high
About You
We're looking for someone friendly, organised, and confident who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team.
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in
customer service
, preferably in
logistics or transport
Good computer and communication skills
A calm, can-do attitude -- especially when things get busy!
Great attention to detail and a team-player approach
If you don't have pallet network experience but have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
