Jacaranda Carpets is a luxury brand supplying handmade floor coverings to a network of exclusive interior designers and retailers throughout the UK, Europe and further afield.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this dynamic, creative family run business for a

Customer Service Executive

to be a part of the busy sales desk team, Jacaranda's main contact point for international distributors, UK sales team, UK trade customers and some end users too.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within a small but busy sales desk team.

Executing the entire range of sales desk activities including preparation of quotes, order processing, responding to customer queries, arranging deliveries & problem solving.

Liaising with all departments of the business, including warehouse, finance, marketing & overseas mills.

Supporting the Customer Service Team Lead as required.

Required Skills:

stock management

would be advantageous (although full training will be provided).

Salary: 23,500 per year, with target based bonus scheme

Location: Office-based at Desborough HQ,

Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm

No weekends
