About The Role
With customer retention being at the heart of everything you do, you will use our Pinnacle Data Management System and other various manufacturer systems to:
Make contact with existing Hatfields customers due for service & MOT (including an element of selling)
Up-sell Hatfields products and services
Undertake database administration before and after liaising with our customers
Service admin support
Occasional cover for basic service advising for holiday or sickness
SKILLS
The role is predominantly based on the telephone, therefore call centre and up-selling experience is preferred. The Successful candidate will need a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. You must be a team player, have a can do attitude and have a passion in delivering excellent customer service. You will also have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical ability
Extremely high attention to detail, with the ability to multitask while still maintain a high level of quality
Having a creative mindset in order to tackle difficult tasks
Proven telephone sales ability
The candidate should be someone with a working knowledge of automotive products, ideally with previous experience of working in a dealership environment but not essential. Full training will be provided.
