Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Tootbus London require a customer service assistant to handle customer enquiries about our products across multiple channels (face to face, telephone, email, social media) ensuring customer satisfaction is met with every interaction.



The successful candidate will have:



1) Experience with customer care



2) Excellent customer service and communication skills



3) A polite, friendly and engaging manner



4) Manage incoming service queries via telephone and email



5) Ensure queries are handled and resolved in a timely manner



6) An eye for attention to detail



7) The ability to work both independently and as part of a close team



8) Experience within the hospitality and/ or tourism sector desirable



9) Good level of English plus a second language desirable
