The Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and professional experience. The role is to establish rapport with customers and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. It will require the person to build and maintain a strong knowledge of Rich Sauces' products.
The role will include processing daily customer orders in line with the Company SOPs and supporting the Customer Service Manager and the Sales and Operations Manager with daily communications, reporting and organisation liaising with remote sales teams and other departments.
