Customer Service Executive

to join our growing team - someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer support and wants to be rewarded for their efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and orders in line with company policies and procedures (including orders, quotes, invoices, dispatch, and email/telephone enquiries). Accurately process orders through our Warehouse Management System (Cin7). Liaise with couriers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Provide proactive support to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team by supporting daily functions.

Skills & Requirements:

Confident in operating phone systems (experience with CISCO phones advantageous). Strong IT skills, particularly with Google Drive and related programs. A collaborative team player, willing to support cross-departmental initiatives. Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make sound decisions. Positive, customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in customer service within industrial, commercial, or distribution sectors is desirable (though product knowledge can be taught). Familiarity with CRM systems is preferable.
