We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join a well established business based in Redditch. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manor and who enjoys working within a fast paced, varied role.

This role requires someone who's confident under pressure, skilled at handling objections, and capable of navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and persistence

Duties Will Include:

Contact businesses via telephone.

Responding to incoming emails.

Sending out letters to clients.

Providing high levels of customer service.

Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.

Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.

Experience Required:

Strong telephone manor

Experience within a similar role that often requires, empathy along with objection handling.

Good attention to detail

Good communication skills - both written and oral

Excellent organisational skills
