Your main responsibilities will be:
Responding to customer requests for quotes
Quoting clients for standard products for projects within agreed timeframe
Linking quotes to projects as assigned by Team Leader
Taking orders and processing them, ensuring they're delivered correctly and to spec
Following up on orders that have been delivered, getting feedback and creating follow up tasks for sales team and business development team if necessary
Overseeing the delivery of samples
Following up sample delivery and creating tasks accordingly for sales team
Raising purchase orders with suppliers when required
Updating clients on lead times and any potential hold up's
To ensure a seamless customer journey from inception through to delivery and back into the customer journey cycle
This is a key role working directly with our customers. The role is office based in East Sussex, 5 days a week, 8am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm, Friday.
You will have a drive for success, be self-motivated, committed to delivering excellent service with great interpersonal skills, and someone with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be a key fit with the 5 Kinley values - People, Passion, Integrity, Innovation and Quality.
