With a loyal customer base and expanding product range, we're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to support our growth in the framed wall art and print sector - bringing beautiful, curated pieces into homes, offices, and commercial spaces across the UK.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert assistance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels Provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance to help customers choose the perfect wall art for their space Accurately process orders and ensure smooth, timely delivery Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care, aiming for swift and satisfying outcomes Liaise with internal teams - including sales, warehouse, and logistics - to coordinate fulfilment and customer updates Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system Stay informed about our latest collections, design trends, and customer preferences to enhance service delivery

Requirements



Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands would be an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging approach Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset High attention to detail in order processing and data entry Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
