The Role



We are looking for a proactive and professionalcustomer service assistant to join our team. This is a varied role ideal for someone who would enjoy getting involved in different areas of the business. The successful candidate will need to be a friendly, helpful, and confident personality, with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. While the primary focus will be administration and customer service, the successful candidate will also support marketing, dispatch, and general business operations as needed.

Although we are advertising for an office-based position (Monday-Friday), we can be flexible on the number of hours and days worked.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day customer support, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing. Assist with order processing, packaging, and dispatch. Support marketing activities. Maintain accurate records and databases. Liaise with suppliers, partners, and customers in a professional manner. Contribute to the smooth running of the office and business operations. Take on ad-hoc tasks/projects as needed in line with the business needs.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in administration or office support (essential). Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, "can-do" attitude with flexibility to support other business areas. Experience with horses (highly desired).
