The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to support our day-to-day sales operations.
This is a
reactive, office-based role
-- dealing with incoming enquiries, responding to customer emails, and accurately entering orders into our system. You'll work closely with the sales and logistics teams to make sure customers receive prompt and professional service. You will work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00, which will be scheduled 2 weeks ahead.
This position suits someone who enjoys working with computers, has great attention to detail, and takes satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails promptly and professionally.
Input customer orders accurately into the company's computer system.
Check stock availability and confirm order details with customers.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
Maintain accurate records and update customer details in the database.
Handle general sales office administration tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
Strong computer skills and confidence using email, Excel, and data entry systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Good written communication skills with a polite, professional manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred (sales or order processing experience an advantage).
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
