Work with global B2B customers to provide quotations and process orders in line with customer requirements
Monitor stock levels to ensure products meet expected customer demand
Negotiate freight costs with existing suppliers taking into accounts costs, reliability and service
Plan and arrange the dispatch of international sales orders via air, sea and land, including accurate shipping documents
Produce relevant and accurate export documentation based on customer requirements or specific country regulations, including Certificate of Origins etc
Provide a world class level of service to customer via phone and email
Take ownership of assigned customer issues, handling sensitively and proactively with minimal impact to the customer
