We're looking for a Customer Services Graduate Intern to join us on a 12 month basis. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within cross-function teams and provide analytical support.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
The development of this role will incorporate all aspects of Customer Service in a manufacturing environment including the following responsibilities:
Customer portal improvements.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports (dashboards and charts) that provide overview and insight against key strategic metrics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer fulfilment processes at Rittal-CSM.
Reporting and communicating performance metrics as required.
Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure the input and management of customer order and forecast demand within the business operating systems.
Liaising with Logistics and Transport Management teams.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather, record and act upon customer feedback.
Essential criteria:-
Achieved/ Predicted 2:1 bachelor's or above in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
The ability to build productive working relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
