About the Role
We're looking for a proactive graduate with a degree in marketing, communications or similar to join our team as a Social Media & Customer Service Graduate. You'll help manage day-to-day social media interactions and support our customers with timely, friendly responses across channels. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in marketing, community management, or customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
Flag community feedback, questions, or issues to the relevant team member.
Assist with scheduling posts, updating bio links, and general content coordination.
Support engagement campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Help with community-building activities (e.g. giveaways, UGC reposts).
- Customer Service
Respond to customer queries via our CS platform in line with our tone of voice and policies.
Escalate product or order issues to senior team members when necessary.
Keep internal records up to date (e.g. tagging tickets, logging common queries).
Help maintain FAQ documents and support knowledge bases.
Provide insights from customer feedback to improve overall experience.
What We're Looking For
A 2:1 in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant degree.
Excellent written communication skills and friendly tone.
Strong knowledge of key social media platforms.
A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
Organised, responsive, and eager to learn.
Bonus: prior experience using tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
