We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the UK. Based in our office, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer interactions and supporting our company's growth through effective communication and data management.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish as needed Provide information about services, schedules, and policies to customers Support upselling efforts to promote additional services where appropriate Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly Maintain a positive attitude to enhance customer satisfaction Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles Excellent communication skills in English; Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multilingual communication effectively Professional phone etiquette and courteous demeanor Analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
