what we want

You'll be the friendly voice supporting customers via phone, email, and social media.

You'll also work with other departments and stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth service. Occasionally, you'll represent us out in the community at events, launches, and on-bus audits.

You'll need excellent computer skills as we use a lot of bespoke systems. You must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.

A sense of humour would be a big plus point, so don't forget to bring your authentic self if we do offer you an interview.

when we want you

We need you to be flexible with regards to hours. We currently work seven days a week and are open from 07:00 to 19:00 during the week, Saturdays from 08:00 to 16:00, and Sundays from 09:00 to 13:00, so some weekend work is likely.

We are looking for someone for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

- 12.21 per hour, rising to 12.71 after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
