Customer Service Host - Ticketing

Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We're looking for people with great customer service skills to join our ticketing and sales team. Whether it's a special birthday, or a night out with friends, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show...and that they want to return again and again!


As a

Customer Service Host

you'll help us achieve this, by offering customer support from our Box Office for up to 90 minutes before each show begins. You'll answer queries about the productions, the theatres, and the local vicinity, resolve ticket queries and make sales of the additional products and services that enhance our audiences' visit to the theatre. Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You'll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in our unique venues with an ever-changing programme of events.

Please note that this is a casual position and requires predominant availability during evenings and weekends. This role will be rostered under shift patterns and is not based around office hours, so is perfect as an evening/weekend job.
