KJUS | Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative



Job Objective



This role will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support. This position reports to the General Manager.


Primary Responsibilities



Support B2B customers on the phone and by e-mail Evaluate, process, and complete warranty claims Support in managing the accuracy, availability, and data integrity of inventory (including salesman samples) across all business systems Create, send and control customer invoices Cooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery Maintain customer files, orders, correspondence, invoices, payments Enter & process pre book orders Prepare sales statistics and reports to support sales team. Retain a vast understanding of product lines. Maintain working knowledge of company policy with regards to products and service policies Contact clients and agents to provide sales, product, pricing, and inventory data as required by sales team General administrative support to internal departments Assist with accurate, timely fulfillment and shipment of order Assist with order processing and re-order requests Help with occasional golf or ski events Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce on direct-to-consumer promotions, events, etc.

Requirements



2 years of experience in customer service or similar role 1 year sales experience preferred Experience with Netsuite preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with and aptitude for conflict resolution Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities A passion for outdoor sports industry Occasionally long periods of sitting, standing, and/or walking
