Signature Pharmacy is an online pharmacy changing the way patients access their medication. We're an on-demand medication delivery service offering a concierge style pharmacy delivery service at competitive prices. Our free delivery services makes us accessible to everyone in the private sector and NHS. We deliver within London on the same day and next-day through a combination of Royal Mail and DPD.

We pride ourselves in customer experience and we want to make sure patients have the best journey and level of service.

Signature Pharmacy is founded by Reece Samani a pharmacist who recently featured on Forbes 30 under 30.

What we're looking for



- We're looking for someone who has the driver to lead and manage our customer service

- We pride ourselves in our customer outcome and we need to ensure consistency across all our customer service platforms

- Managing CRM (Intercom) and building automations to help speed up response times

- Improving customer service outcomes and patient outcomes

- Monitoring SLAs and phone times

- Reduce number of patient queries by improving access to self-help material for patients

- Building relationships with partner private clinics and doctors

- Managing courier claims to protect revenue

- Implementing processes to improve our customer support channels and outcomes

MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN HEALTHCARE AND USING INTERCOM/ZENDESK CRM OR SIMILAR.

This is an in-office role and can not be undertaken remotely. We would need the candidate to commute to W3 0TJ.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
