We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Operations & Customer Service Lead. This is a key role within our 3PL (third-party logistics) warehousing and logistics operations, working closely with customers, hauliers, couriers, and our Warehouse Team to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily orders and act as the primary link between our customers and the Warehouse Team
Coordinate collections and deliveries with hauliers and couriers, sourcing competitive rates to support cost efficiency
Serve as the first point of contact for all transport-related and customer service queries
Ensure all transport documentation, such as delivery notes and PODs, is completed accurately and on time
Handle and resolve courier claims, maintaining accurate records and ensuring swift resolution
Office Team Leader - support and guide office staff with day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficient and collaborative team operations
What We're Looking For
Proven experience working in a 3PL (third-party logistics) office environment, with a strong background in customer service, logistics, and transport coordination
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Confident using WMS systems and other portals to track deliveries, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with senior management
