The role

As Customer Services Administrator, you will work in a close knit, friendly team from offices in Ledbury. Your role will be to assist the customer service executives daily and maintain the customers\' requirements. Full training will be given on product knowledge and systems.

Your duties

Processing customer requests and orders through the internal system and updating database.

Populate daily customer requirements and process delivery information onto SAP. (Full training given on systems)

The person

Keen willingness to learn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Customer services experience would be ideal.

Good IT skills

Administration skills.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

This role would suit entry level candidates from a customer service, retail, hospitality or office background.
