Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Aberconwy Resort and Spa in Conwy, North Wales. Great competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Customer Service Manager will
Ensure that all customer queries and complaints relating to subletting are dealt with immediately and courteously.
Assist guests with any queries they may have.
Co-ordinate and control special requests and stay on park.
Issue accommodation keys and information.
Advise guests on events within the resort.
Assist with holiday and restaurant bookings.
Accurate cash handling.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will need excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.

Required Criteria

  • Right to Live and work in the UK
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Desired Criteria
  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
