Customer Service Manager - Rotherham
Salary: 35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus additional company perks
We're working with a well-established business in Rotherham that is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, friendly customer service team that plays a vital role in supporting both the business and its field engineers.
What you'll be doing:

Managing and motivating a dedicated customer service team.

Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Producing reports for the senior management team.

Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Ensuring all team members are up to date with training requirements.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role is essential.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage workloads effectively and maintain high standards.
