We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer?focused
Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator
to join our Polaris dealership. This is a varied
office?based
role combining customer service, administration, and hands?on marketing responsibilities--including managing our social media presence and helping promote the Polaris brand.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will support the smooth running of day-to-day dealership operations while helping to grow our online presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person
Provide friendly, professional support to customers throughout the sales and service process
Schedule service appointments and test rides, and follow up with customers as required
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and dealership systems
Handle general enquiries, complaints, and feedback, escalating issues when needed
Administration
Support the sales team with documentation, invoicing, quotations, and order processing
Assist with stock management, including booking in new units, parts, and accessories
Prepare paperwork for new vehicle handovers
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
Support general day?to?day dealership operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow the dealership's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, create, and post engaging content showcasing Polaris products, dealership news, events, and customer stories
Monitor social media messages and comments, responding in a timely and professional manner
Assist in planning and promoting events, open days, and demos
Capture photos and videos of vehicles, workshop activity, and customer handovers
Track engagement and performance of posts and campaigns
Ensure Polaris brand guidelines are followed across all marketing activity
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using social media platforms for business
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast?paced environment
Creative mindset with willingness to generate fresh content ideas
Desirable
Experience in a dealership, automotive, agricultural, machinery, or powersports environment
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
Understanding of CRM systems
Knowledge or passion for off?road vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, or motorsports
