We are looking for someone who has exceptional experience in sales and customer service and can demonstrate the necessary skills required for this role in a fast-growing company.

You will receive full training and the opportunity for career progression with Fry Fresh.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities will include:

Offer exceptional level of customer service to our customers. You are their main point of contact with our business so building and maintaining a positive relationship is key.

Manage inbound/outbound calls to and from our customers.

Processing orders from start to completion on our system, email or phone.

Upselling our products to existing customers.

Working from established client profiles, update details and ensure a consistently high level of accuracy.

Route planning for deliveries.

Essential Skills:

Must have office based customer service experience.

Able to work in a very busy environment and multitask

You must be proficient with MS Office programmes.

Enthusiastic and willing to learn new things

Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
