Job Description

Unigenius Consultants is seeking a proactive and experienced

Customer Experience & Operations Executive

to support the delivery and scaling of our student advisory services. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in

building and improving systems

,

managing customer workflows

, and

handling high-volume client interactions

in a structured and professional manner.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring students and applicants receive consistent, high-quality support, while also contributing to the development of internal processes that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and service delivery as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to student and applicant enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner. Oversee customer workflows to ensure enquiries, applications, and follow-ups are handled efficiently and without delays. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems, ensuring high standards of data integrity and compliance. Support the development and improvement of internal systems and processes to better manage workload and client volume. Assess student needs and provide clear, accurate guidance in line with Unigenius services and partner requirements. Identify opportunities to promote relevant Unigenius services where appropriate, contributing to student outcomes and business growth. Work closely with the wider team to resolve complex cases and continuously improve the customer experience. Ensure a strong understanding of Unigenius policies, services, and partner expectations to provide consistent and reliable information.

Required Experience & Skills



Proven experience in a customer service, operations, or client-facing role within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to

build, improve, or manage operational systems

and workflows. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential (additional languages are an advantage). High attention to detail with strong data entry and record-management capabilities. Confident phone manner and professional written communication skills. Analytical approach to problem-solving and customer support. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a growing team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 24,420.00-28,640.00 per year
