Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems. Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently. Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels. Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and active listening skills. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Experience in upselling products or services is a plus. Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
