Paddick Engineering , a respected name in the construction industry, is looking for a proactive and professional Customer Service Operative to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring the smooth coordination of on and off-site operations and office support.

About the Role



Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be the primary point of contact during business hours. You will manage site staff schedules, coordinate surveys, handle customer queries, and support quoting and invoicing processes. Your role will be essential to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Manage diaries of on-site staff and schedule appointments Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries from clients and suppliers Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery Maintain accurate records using IT and CRM systems Identify and recommend improvements to processes and service delivery

About You



You're confident, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mindset, you're able to take initiative and work independently.

Key Requirements



Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within construction or housebuilding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using CRM and office software tools Full UK driving licence (essential)

Pay: 22,008.00-30,230.00 per year
