We have a permanent opportunity for a Second Tier Customer Service Advisor to join our office-based customer service team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by email and on the phone and accurately processing orders and nd take responsibility for the sales development of our accounts through outbound sales calls. You will also be part of the support team for the Managers.
You must be a good communicator with strong attention to detail and a confident telephone manner, have order processing experience with a high level of customer service, good attention to detail, used to working at pace in a very busy office environment and can work as part of a lively team as well as using your own initiative. You will be able to multi-task, prioritise, manage your time effectively and work well under press.
Experience of working in a similar role / environment is required. Supervisory experience is an advantage.
