Job Description

We have a permanent opportunity for a Second Tier Customer Service Advisor to join our office-based customer service team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by email and on the phone and accurately processing orders and nd take responsibility for the sales development of our accounts through outbound sales calls. You will also be part of the support team for the Managers.

You must be a good communicator with strong attention to detail and a confident telephone manner, have order processing experience with a high level of customer service, good attention to detail, used to working at pace in a very busy office environment and can work as part of a lively team as well as using your own initiative. You will be able to multi-task, prioritise, manage your time effectively and work well under press.

Experience of working in a similar role / environment is required. Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Duties:



Customer Service Operators to administer orders and returns of automotive products and services with motor factors / wholesalers within the UK. Administer emails received from the generic website email address. Have responsibility as part of a team for developing sales leads with a specific range of UK customers. Assisting with the communication of specific promotional events. Sales opportunities will be from our current customer base selling additional products and services and new business leads, including old customers. Deal with Key Accounts and Electronic ordering system Cover the generic Customer Service Email address when required Raise credits and invoices Problem solve delivery and account issues Train and mentor new members of staff.
You will work Monday to Friday, working hours can be agreed with a degree of flexibility.
