Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to import and export shipments via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Monitor and track shipments, providing customers with timely status updates.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
Resolve any shipment delays or issues, communicating solutions clearly to customers.
Update internal systems with shipment data and customer interactions..
Assist in filing and maintaining shipment records for audits and compliance checks.
Support the sales and logistics teams in ensuring customer requirements are met.
Proactively inform customers about potential issues and offer solutions to prevent delays.
Follow up on proof of deliveries (POD) and close shipments in the system.
Liaise with warehouse teams and customers for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
