Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions, enhancing the overall customer experience. Upsell products or services where appropriate, contributing to sales growth. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices for customer service excellence. Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Demonstrated analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
