Customer Service Person – Tameside

Job Description
Our established manufacturing client based in Tameside are looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Person to join their existing friendly team.
Some duties will include:
- Rapport building with existing and new customers
- Delivering a very high, professional standard of customer service
- Processing orders with meticulous accuracy
- Generating quotations
- Arranging delivery
- Liaising with internal staff to ensure stock availability and that deadlines are met
- Experience of Sage would be advantageous.
