Mitie Technical Services are looking for a Customer Service Planner to join our team based in our Whiteley office.
What are the objectives and responsibilities for this role?
Even been interested in Telecommunications? Our team help the UK stay connected by maintaining our critical infrastructure. Climbers, generators, access arrangements and lifting equipment are just some of the things you might come across in helping us plan our work. Working in a team, you'll make a difference every day by planning the jobs our engineers complete. With the systems we'll train you to use, you'll arrange all aspects of the job, overcoming obstacles from road closures to roof tops. You'll be working with a talented on team, and the biggest facilities provider in the UK, with a range of broader benefit and opportunities for career progression.
Other responsibilities include:

• Aiming high, as the more you plan, the more we can do
• From time to time, we may need you to work on other projects as an when they come up
• Ideally, we're looking for people who can be flexible, to do overtime when our work gets busy

What are the Qualifications & Experiences needed for this role?
We'll show you everything you need, even if you don't have any direct experience. You will need some basic computer skills, like email, typing, and moving between different programs. We use Excel a lot, and store and use data in different formats. Data is everywhere, maybe you've created some before by entering things in a database or have experience of analysing it. Data doesn't need to be your first love but if you've used it before that will be good experience.
