Customer Service & Provisioning Support
team member to join our busy operations team.
The Role
You'll be supporting the team in delivering first-class customer service and provisioning support. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, from resolving queries to provisioning telecoms services and retaining clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver
exceptional customer service
with a professional telephone manner.
Maintain and develop client accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
Advise customers on solutions to meet their needs and grow their business.
Handle day-to-day issues, cancellations, and complaints efficiently.
Upsell Overline products and services.
Diagnose and resolve
first-line faults
.
Provide remote (Teams) training for customers on their phone systems.
Process orders for licences, CPS, WLR, Data, Number Porting, Number Management, and SIP Services.
Ensure SLA compliance and escalate issues when required.
Manage and resolve tickets within agreed timeframes.
Support with special projects and proactive customer retention.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role (telecoms background desirable but not essential).
Strong, assertive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across teams and build strong relationships.
Naturally customer-focused with a flair for problem-solving.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident IT user with proficiency in MS Office (experience with Autotask a plus).
Able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
