The Role:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in people's lives? If yes, then SettleParadigm needs you! Join us at our final Customer Service Recruitment Day of 2025 and take the first step towards a rewarding career in our Contact Centre team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver homes and services that our customers can rely on. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills, empathy, and a flexible approach.
Key Purpose:

• Handle a wide range of customer enquiries by phone and email, resolving housing and repairs-related issues
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to provide effective solutions
• Use your excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding service

Key Information

• If successful, you'll be enrolled in a comprehensive training plan, including a full-time office-based induction for the first 4-5 weeks.
• Hybrid working - after induction, work from home 3 days a week and in the office for 2 days.

Job Details:

• Full-time: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shift times between 08:00-17:30)
• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week
• All positions will be offered as initial 12-month fixed-term contracts

Following the success of our November Customer Recruitment Days, we're excited to welcome candidates to our final event of the year. This session will give you the chance to:

• Learn more about the Customer Service roles available
• Meet our hiring managers and team members
• Take part in practical tasks and interviews on the same day

• Location: High Wycombe (Full address/Location to be provided once shortlisting has been completed).
